Public works are free for personal use. Unlawful use, unauthorized access, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited.

Copyright and all other rights in the images, text, characters, logos, games, and other content on this site belong to FUJIYAMA LAB or their respective lawful owners. Except where permitted by law, reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, public transmission, sale, use as AI training data, or any other use without permission is prohibited. FUJIYAMA LAB may request removal or suspension and may pursue damages or other legal remedies in cases of malicious unauthorized use.

About FUJIYAMA Points, achievements and titles
FUJIYAMA Points are in-service points that can only be used to unlock content such as images and comics within FUJIYAMA LAB. They are not cash and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others, and they cannot be used outside the service. Points, achievements and titles obtained by improper means may be invalidated. If the service changes or ends, the handling of points and unlocked content may change. Points currently do not expire. There is an upper limit on the points you can hold; points above the limit are not accumulated (they are discarded). Please use your points regularly. While you are using the service as a guest (without an account), clearing cookies or changing devices may cause you to lose your points, achievements, titles and unlocked images. If you create a free account, the data on your device is merged into the account (accounts are coming soon).

Disclaimer
This website, its games and apps (the “Service”) are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, continuity, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service is free of bugs or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service (including loss, corruption or alteration of data, device problems, unauthorized access by third parties, or virus infection), except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator. Please back up your important data and images yourself. The operator may change, suspend or end the Service without notice.

Fiction
All people, characters, organizations, names and events in the Service are fictional and have no relation to any real person, organization or incident.

Use of generative AI
The images, text, characters, audio, programs and other content of the Service are created with extensive use of generative AI. AI output may contain errors or unintended expressions. If you notice anything, please let us know via Contact.

Minors
If you are a minor, please use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian, and consult them before contacting us, supporting us (optional) or entering personal information. If you are under 13, please do not enter personal information such as your real name, address or phone number.

Data (save data, etc.)
Game progress, points and settings are stored in your browser, device or the cloud. Data may be lost or may not carry over after changing devices, clearing browser history or site data, using private browsing, resetting a device, updating the OS or browser, or when the Service changes or ends. We cannot promise to restore data.

Prohibited conduct
The following is prohibited: obtaining points, achievements, titles or unlockable content by improper means (automation by programs, tampering with communications, exploiting bugs, using multiple devices or accounts to obtain them improperly, etc.), interfering with the operation of the Service, harassing other users, and any act contrary to law or public order. If misconduct is confirmed, we may cancel points, achievements, titles or unlock status, restrict use, or take legal action.

Apps such as image compression
Images you load into an app are processed only on your own device. They are not sent to or stored on the operator’s servers. Converted or compressed images differ in appearance and quality from the original, so always keep your original images. Do not process or publish other people’s copyrighted works or images you have no rights to without the rights holder’s permission.

About support
FUJIYAMA LAB is run by an individual. Server and service costs are ongoing, and there may come a day when it is difficult to continue. To keep creating and publishing works and apps, we would be grateful for your support and cooperation. Support is used for operating and production costs. Support is voluntary, and whether or not you support us, or how much, does not change what you can use or the priority of your requests. Depending on the operating situation, the Service may be changed, scaled down or ended; if so, we will let you know as early as possible.

For inquiries, reports of copyright or other rights infringement, and data deletion requests, please use “Contact”. We will review your message and reply when necessary. We cannot promise to reply to every inquiry.

Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
The operator may change these Terms at any time without notice. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after a change means you agree to it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the operator’s address as the court of first instance.
